MILLENNIAL PINK; 2018 WEDDING TRENDS

It’s that time of year when the 2018 wedding trend predictions are in full swing, and we are loving what is being talked about. I’m particularly loving the recent trend report from Coco weddings (which you can find here). Emma talks about the changes we can expect from drinks, flowers, and even a bit of influence from the land down under… But my fave is the pink influence gradually seeping back in.

And we’re not just talking blush pinks here, there is a whole new pink known as ‘millennial pink’… What’s that? Well, that’s the tricky part. It’s sort of a grapefruit shade of apricotty salmon… Yum!(?) Millennial pink is not actually one specific colour, it’s a range of colours that fall in the pink category… Some suggest this millennial pink trend started with the first ‘rose gold’ iPhone, which – let’s face it – is hardly rose gold. But, wherever it came from it looks like it’s here to stay for 2018!

I guess they’ve termed it millennial pink because all us ‘millennials’ are now the crucial influence on upcoming trends… even wedding trends which is super scary.

*The millennial generation is the generation of children born between 1982 and 2002*

  • Hello ,

I saw your tweets and thought I will check your website. Have to say it looks very good!
I’m also interested in this topic and have recently started my journey as young entrepreneur.

I’m also looking for the ways on how to promote my website. I have tried AdSense and Facebok Ads, however it is getting very expensive. Was thinking about starting using analytics. Do you recommend it?
Can you recommend something what works best for you?

I also want to improve SEO of my website. Would appreciate, if you can have a quick look at my website and give me an advice what I should improve: http://janzac.com/
(Recently I have added a new page about FutureNet and the way how users can make money on this social networking portal.)

I wanted to subscribe to your newsletter, but I couldn’t find it. Do you have it?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    P.S.
Maybe I will add link to your website on my website and you will add link to my website on your website? It will improve SEO of our websites, right? What do you think?

    Regards
    Jan Zac

    • Hi Jan,

Thanks for your comment! I’m glad to hear you like the website. Take a look at some of the other blogs, and also have a look at my Youtube channel. I try to post videos most weeks so definitely subscribe if you would like to keep up to date.

What website platform do you use? I have a built in SEO monitor on mine and it gives me a SEO summary on each page and post I create. Perhaps this is something you could look into if you don’t already have it? I find it very useful as it not only helps improve SEO but also maintains consistency throughout the website.

I don’t have a newsletter just yet, but hope to eventually. Take a look at my Youtube though as I suppose it’s a little like a newsletter in a way!

      Best Wishes,
      Lila Bailey
