About The Bootcamp
The Bride-to-Be Bootcamp is designed to help you be the best version of yourself in the build-up to your wedding.
There is so much pressure on brides during the planning of a wedding, especially the closer it gets to the ‘big day’. I have watched so many women lose themselves to fad diets, succumb to stress (yep – bridezillas!), and become unrecognisable with unsustainable weight-loss. Not only is this incredibly unhealthy, but it can actually ruin your wedding day without you even realising.
I truly believe everyone should work towards being the best version of themselves in preparation for marriage, and this doesn’t mean being ten pounds lighter. I’m talking about being in touch with our bodies; nourishing them, listening to them; being mindful of ourselves & our surroundings (including stress levels); and giving ourselves the opportunity to be mentally & physically well. Yes, of course we want to look good. But do you know what makes us look our best? To look good on the outside we first have to be healthy on the inside.
I have put together this ‘bootcamp’ for brides (or grooms!) to-be who want to truly invest in themselves and their well-being. And don’t worry, it is not an exercise bootcamp!
You can – of course – sign up if you aren’t getting married (just ignore the wedding planning advice that comes your way!).

By the end of the 30 days you will have changed habits, improved your health & wellbeing (both mentally & physically) and be in the best place possible for your wedding. This is designed as a lifestyle change, with the aim that you carry it on even after the 30 days are up. See it more as a ‘gateway’ to the very best life for yourself!
